Select its colored marker beside the scrollbar. Goto Mark scrolls directly to the saved position.
Double-click its scrollbar marker or visible page line. You can add a label, choose a color, change line and label visibility, or remove it.
Drag the middle of a page line vertically. Drag either invisible end region horizontally to resize or reposition the line.
Navigation stops at the first and last marks instead of wrapping.
Open the Goto Mark toolbar popup to:
Per-mark color and visibility choices override the global defaults without changing your other marks.
Chrome and Edge protect internal pages such as chrome://extensions, edge://settings, their new-tab pages, and extension-store pages. Browser extensions cannot place content scripts on those pages.
Open your browser’s extension-management page, select Goto Mark, enable Allow access to file URLs, and reload the local file.
Open the Goto Mark popup once. It will attempt to attach its bundled script to the active tab. If the popup still reports that the tab is unavailable, reload the webpage.
Dynamic websites can insert, remove, or resize content. Goto Mark retains both a pixel position and a proportional fallback, but a substantially changed page may no longer have the same exact location. Move the line to update the saved position.
Goto Mark chooses one primary scrolling area per page. Pages containing several independent scrollable panels may not map every panel. Reload after the page has fully opened; if the problem continues, send the page address and browser version to support.
Turning the extension off for a website does not delete that website’s marks.
Goto Mark supports current desktop releases of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It does not run in Chrome or Edge on mobile devices.
